About

Dr. Roque standing with jacket over shoulder

I’m Dr. Raquel Grogan-Webb, DC, MS—or just Dr. Roque for short! I’m a mom of four, a wife, and like many moms, I live in a constant state of organized chaos. Between soccer games, volleyball tournaments, high school, and junior high activities, my kids keep me on my toes 24/7. And I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Oh, and did I mention I have ADHD? It’s not just part of who I am—it’s my secret weapon. It’s what gives me the energy and drive to keep up with my kids’ hectic schedules while pursuing my passions for health and wellness. ADHD has taught me how to embrace the whirlwind of motherhood with creativity and adaptability, and it’s shaped the way I approach coaching.

As a busy mom myself, I get it: life is a whirlwind, and taking care of yourself while keeping your kids healthy and happy can feel impossible. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to help moms like you create healthier, more fulfilling lives—not just for your family, but for YOU, too.

My journey started over 17 years ago, navigating the madness of motherhood while also carving out space for my own identity. With my first baby, I was a college athlete playing soccer. Talk about chaos! But I loved it, and that same love for sports and wellness has carried through as my kids grew up and started their own athletic adventures.

When my two oldest were little, I went back to grad school and earned my Doctorate in Chiropractic and a Master’s in Nutrition. I wanted to learn everything I could about how to fuel and strengthen our bodies—knowledge that became even more important when my youngest was diagnosed with epilepsy at just three years old. That experience flipped our world upside down, and it forced us to rethink everything: our priorities, how we eat, and how we take care of ourselves.

Through it all, we’ve embraced a unique approach to health, blending nutrition, movement, and life’s ever-changing demands. ADHD plays a big role in how I approach this—it’s taught me how to pivot, adapt, and create strategies that work in the midst of chaos. From toddlers to teenagers, our family is in every phase of parenting right now, and I’m here to share what we’ve learned along the way.

If you’re a mom looking for guidance on how to balance it all—while still making time to feel strong, energized, and like yourself again—I’m here for you. Explore my courses, book a one-on-one session, and join me on this wild, wonderful journey of motherhood and wellness.

Let’s tackle life together, one step (and one snack!) at a time. 😊

My Passion

My passion is all about staying active and embracing a life filled with movement, love, and connection. Whether I’m playing soccer, squeezing in a workout, or chasing my kids around the field, staying active fuels me—not just physically but mentally too.

I find so much joy in raising happy, strong, and confident kids who know the importance of taking care of their bodies and minds. Watching them grow into their own passions while staying fit and healthy is one of the greatest rewards of motherhood.

But it’s not just about the kids. It’s about nurturing a loving, supportive relationship with my partner and carving out a little space for myself, too—because we moms deserve to thrive just as much as our families do.

Life often feels like it’s stacked against us, throwing endless challenges our way as we try to balance it all. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping other moms find their groove, chase their dreams, and create a life where everyone—not just the kids—can flourish.

It’s not always easy, but I truly believe that with a little guidance, the right tools, and a lot of encouragement, we can thrive in ways we never thought possible. And along the way, we can show our families what living fully, healthily, and joyfully really looks like.

So, here’s to thriving—not just surviving—and building a life that feels just as good as it looks!

My Goals

Life has a way of throwing us curveballs—sometimes more than we think we can handle. Over the years, I’ve faced my fair share of challenges as a mom, and my biggest goal is to help other moms navigate this wild ride with fewer bumps along the way.

You don’t need to go through all the same struggles I’ve faced or learn every single thing I know. But what I can do is share the tools, tips, and strategies I’ve picked up to make your journey smoother and more rewarding.

When it comes to raising young athletes, I know how overwhelming it can feel to juggle practices, games, homework, and the endless grocery runs for “snacks” (which always disappear faster than you’d expect). But giving your child a head start—whether it’s through proper nutrition, conditioning, or mindset—doesn’t have to be complicated. I want to help you give your child every advantage to grow into a strong, confident athlete and a capable, well-rounded adult.

It’s not just about winning games or hitting milestones. It’s about setting them up for a lifetime of health, resilience, and balance. And along the way, you’ll find ways to thrive as well—because we moms deserve to feel strong, energized, and proud of the work we’re doing, too.

So, if you’re ready to lighten the load and learn how to support your young athlete without burning yourself out, I’m here to guide you. Together, we’ll create a plan that works for your family, and I’ll be cheering you on every step of the way.

Let’s make life a little less overwhelming and a lot more joyful—for you and your kids.
